MAINLAND RECIPES METHOD

Vintage Impossible-to-fail Quiche

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup self-raising flour
  • 1 cup Mainland Vintage cheese, grated
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1 ¼ cups milk
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 rashers bacon chopped
Vintage Impossible-To-Fail Quiche

Method:

  1. Place eggs, flour, grated Mainland Vintage cheese, oil, milk and onion into a container or large food processor bowl and either shake vigorously for one minute or whirl for 30 seconds.
  2. Pour the mixture into a hot, greased quiche dish and add the bacon and anything else you think would work - chopped parsley, corn, mushrooms etc. This is a great recipe for cleaning out the fridge of left overs!
  3. Bake at 180° for 45 minutes.
  4. Serve with a salad and bowl of crusty bread.
