Our soft, special reserve cheeses, like Brie and Camembert, have extra cream added to the vat while crafting. The curds are cut large, drained, and then lovingly hand-turned to make sure they age evenly throughout each batch – producing top quality soft cheeses, from our hands to yours. 

No cheeseboard would ever be complete without a moreish soft-cheese. Cut into soft gooey wedges with that creamy texture Mainland soft cheese has, it’s a guarantee that you’ll enjoy every mouthful.
